If you unsubscribe from our email list, your information will be removed from our active mailing list, though some records may be retained as required by MailerLite’s data practices.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately. Our workshops are for adults 18 and older.
Refunds & Cancellations
ShadowSmith: The Journey — Level 1 · Saturday, March 13, 2027 · Newport, Oregon
Registration and payment
• Registration is $250 per person and includes your ShadowSmith kit.
• You may pay in one of two ways:
◦ In full: $250 at registration.
◦ Deposit and two payments: $125 at registration, then $62.50 by January 18 and $62.50 by February 1, 2027. The payment plan is available for registrations through January 11, 2027.
• Whichever way you pay, the first $125 is a nonrefundable deposit that reserves your seat.
• If your balance has not been received by February 1, 2027, your seat will be released and your deposit forfeited. The deposit cannot be applied to a future workshop.
If you need to cancel
• On or before January 31, 2027: everything you have paid beyond the $125 deposit will be refunded.
• From February 1, 2027: payments are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a future workshop. You are welcome to join the early-access list for a future workshop.
• If something serious happens in your life, please reach out. We consider exceptions with care.
If we need to cancel
• On or before February 6, 2027: you will receive a full refund.
• From February 7, 2027: your kit has already been ordered for you. You will receive a full refund, less $60 for your kit.
• Your kit will be held for you at any future workshop you attend, and you will register at a reduced rate because you already have your kit.
• If you would prefer to have your kit mailed to you, you are welcome to do so by prepaying the postage.
Participant Conduct and Removal
ShadowSmith: The Journey is intended to provide a respectful environment in which each participant can choose their own level of reflection, participation, and sharing.
Participants agree to respect the boundaries, privacy, and choices of others and to follow the Participant Safety Agreement and reasonable directions of the facilitator.
Joy and Forge Forward, LLC and the facilitator reserve the right to end a participant’s participation when, in the facilitator’s reasonable judgment, the participant’s conduct is disruptive, threatening, repeatedly violates another participant’s boundaries, or otherwise substantially interferes with the safety or integrity of the workshop.
A participant whose participation is ended because of their conduct will not be entitled to a refund.
Late registration
• Registration closes February 1, 2027. Late registration may be accepted case by case through February 7, 2027, and includes your kit.
