Refund, Workshop & Kit Policy

Shadow Smith: The Journey™ is experienced through facilitated workshops, and each registration includes a personal kit prepared for you.

Kits are provided at workshop check-in and briefly reviewed together. If a kit is defective or damaged, it will be exchanged for a complete replacement kit at that time.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may transfer your registration to a future session at no cost when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Rescheduling allows you to receive the full experience you registered for.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of a workshop may be subject to a small rescheduling fee to cover administrative and preparation costs.

If you choose not to reschedule, refunds are available for the workshop portion of your registration. Because a kit has already been prepared for you, the cost of the kit will be deducted from any refund.

Workshop registrations are non-refundable after attendance has occurred.
